PROMS-MC is the result of a 12-month collaborative development
between NUF Consultancy and Balanalysis. NUF Consultancy was formed in 1996 to provided operational advice and support to various
organisations on project management and associated business issues. Similarly, Balanalysis was formed in 2005 to provide business
analysis consultancy services across a number of industries. Both companies have been successful over the last 10-15
years in providing project services to BAA, Transport for London, Network Rail, Selex SI, Environment Agency, Thales, Lloyds
Banking Group, Boeing and other blue chip organisations.

Apart from developing new software for use by Project Managers,
we provide a range of other services including Project Office Management, Project Controls Management, Project Risk Management,
Programme Management and Business Planning
